MTM May Day

This wasn't really themed but I thought I'd add a little flowerness as it's the first of may and I think that means the start of spring? I might be lying. I also think that today is may day but again, I might be lying as tomorrow is the may day bank holiday. Hmmmmm. Anyway, I did a muffin tin lunch and pudding for T today.

flower shaped ham and cream cheese sandwich, veggie crisps, more sandwich,

green beans, cheese, baby sweetcorn.

Strawberries, gingerbread flowers, grapes,

blueberries, banana, peaches.

 Finding better uses for the silicon muffin cups

Tucking in to the pudding.

T had a whole plate of food on his tray, he didn't get over whelmed and throw it on the floor. That is a big deal for me, this is the first time he's ever done it. I'm so proud! Normally I just have to give him a piece of whatever at a time. If I offer him a dish of something he can normally pick one thing out at a time but not always. I thought I was being foolish giving him all of his pudding at once on a plate but he did so well, he didn't throw anything of it!
